8 out of 9 headphones worked and most of them were great condition!

Oh their customer will not let you answer the survey. I purchased salvaged items from Liquidation from a company called Buy Back that states 25 salvaged i Phones x and more unlocked and more.I've purchased several boxes and pallets off of with no issues. When you read the full description it will tell you the condition IE salvage, uninspected returns, shelf pulls, new, etc. However, the picture used on the website states stock photo. The product was listed at a return and the pictures indicated some minor cosmetic damage/dents.Upon receiving the refrigerator, I noted that there were exposed wires, a broken out crisper drawer, not cooling, a sticker on the back that said it was a shelf display, a sticker on the front which had been covered for a photograph which read “write off” and missing drawers and bins. The people on here are complaining because they're expecting to buy a pallet of returns and have everything work. Research sold listings on e Bay and make a sound decision on your purchase.
There's a reason you're paying $600 for $3000 worth of stuff... Electronics, computer stuff, health and beauty all sell very well.
People should not have such high expectations and believe that flipping this stuff is like getting free money.
Do your own due diligence and make sure you are bidding on quality items and hope for the best! I purchased some new stuff of a person there and apart from their slow response rate of emails the box of stuff has turned up at my freight forwarding location, the photo shows the items new in pack, so happier than a ** addict who works for the CIA. I've purchased 3 lots from this site and have made my money and profited on each one.
If you stick to Amazon Electronics and compare the pictures to the manifest and do some research on the items before you buy you will have a lot of success!
Obviously you aren't going to be able to just take their word for the MSRP listed.
People are reviewing return pallets and are upset that the item may or may not work when it says clearly in all of the areas of the auctions what you're bidding on and what to expect. I said ok, stock means similar to what you will get, salvaged. Wouldn’t it been honest if Buy Back would have said i Phones 5 and 6 and more since it contain more of i Phone 5 and 6.
