We work with a very small number of clients, using proactive targeted networking, plus searches of our existing membership, to match each one.After working at Ralph Lauren in Paris and behind-the-scenes at one of New York’s biggest matchmaking firms, Emily sensed a gap in the market for an intensely personalized, discreet and chic dating service, that would appeal to her international and artistic circles.She founded Last First as an independent consultancy, and thoughtfully scaled the business, always prioritizing the client experience.Last First is a bespoke matchmaking club headquartered in Manhattan, serving clients in cosmopolitan cities worldwide.Founded in 2014, Last First has carved out a unique space in the industry by combining the personalized approach of a boutique brand with the structure and resourcing of a larger company.Cassandra went on to complete her MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, and returned to the corporate side of Ford Models to create a digital booking platform, an app the company still uses today.
After launching her own social messaging app, Cassandra brought her entrepreneurial spirit, technical skills and hustle-mentality to Team LF.
A Canada native who just fêted her 10-year-NYC anniversary, Cassandra Tighe is Last First’s Membership Director.
After graduating with a BA in Psychology from the University of Ottawa, Cassandra signed with Ford Models and embarked on a formative stint as a fashion model, a career that had her living short-term in each of Tokyo, London, Paris, Sydney, Milan and Athens.
Emily, her husband and their puppy Wilfie reside in Tribeca and divide their time-off between the city and their home in East Hampton.
Born and raised between a ranch in Montana and boarding school in Switzerland, Rachel Mc Collum brings a unique versatility and world view to her work as Last First’s Matchmaking Director.
After receiving her design degree from Parson’s, she worked as a designer at luxury accessories house Devi Kroell, then a PR executive at Nadine Johnson, all the while developing her own handbag line.
